Offers a wide variety of Group Fitness classes to suit your needs. We employ only the best instructors whom are nationally certified, current in CPR First Aid and are experienced to bring you a positive beneficial workout.
Being active helps you to stay healthy. There are many different ways you can get active. At PrimeTime Fitness we believe we can help. We know your health is important to you and we will strive to meet your desires and goals by offering the following classes.

Group Exercise Class Descriptions:
Abs Plus: This 30 minute class is devoted to strengthening and stretching your body's central core. This class is essential for maintaining good posture and avoiding future back problems. Attend before or after your cardio workout. (Beginner to Advanced)
Boot Camp: Want a challenge? Here it is! You'll get cardio, strength, agility, and power training in one class. What more can you ask for? (Beginner to Advanced)
Cardio Kickboxing: A high-energy cardio class that will burn calories while conditioning the muscles. This class is a kickboxing interval class that uses no equipment but focuses on high intensity drills and increased energy sprints. (Beginner to Advanced)
Indoor Cycling: A 45-minute indoor cycling workout within a group setting. Instructors will teach you proper cycling form and technique while replicating flat roads and hill climbs. This is a great workout so be prepared to SWEAT! Bring water bottle and towel. (Beginner to Advanced) $1.00 per class. Passes can be purchased at front counter. One pass per per person. Passes will be sold 30 min prior to class time.
Step Aerobics: Our most tried and true class. This one is guaranteed to give you an incredible workout. Step classes are 60 minutes and include an abdominal workout and an invigorating post-stretch to finish. Don't miss out. (Beginner to Advanced)
Power Sculpt: This class defines and tones your body helping to create a strong, sculpted, physique. Very popular! (Beginner to Advanced)
Power Yoga/Pilates: Body sculpting combined with yoga/pilates postures that will increase muscle tone and give your body a great look. Give it a try - you'll love it! (Beginner to Advanced)
Flow Yoga: A series of postures or asanas strung together by breath and concentration to achieve greater strength, balance and flexibility. It strives to incorporate the mind and body together to promote harmony in the mind and body. Combines Bikram and Hatha Yoga techniques. (Beginner to Advanced)
Step Blast: A 45-minute workout, which begins with a warm-up and stretch to loosen those tight muscles, and follows with a fun and invigorating step workout. At the end, your body is treated to a cool down and relaxing stretch.(Beginner to Advanced)
Power Pump/Power Pump Circuit: A group weight training class that uses dumbbells, weight plates and a bar to help tone and strengthen your body. This class is a great class to take if you need to be motivated to lift weights. The circuit version combines muscle groups together. (Beginner to Advanced)
Mat Pilates: This 45 minute class is highly recommended to activate and harmonize every system of the body utilizing all bones, tissue, nerves, fluids, muscles organs, and glands. This class will tone your muscles and give you a more streamlined shape. A fabulous workout to inspiring music, minds, and spirit!! (Beginner to Advanced)
Cardio Combo Class: This class consists of two different formats in one class. Instructor will determine formats used for the class. (Beginner to Advanced)
Cardio Cut: This class is a powerful blend of cardio combo Tae-Bo type moves with dynamic strength training. Cool down ending with pilates/ yoga based abdominals.
Xpress workouts: This class is a quick 40 or 45 minute workout designed to get you in and out if the gym quickly. If you are short on time these classes are for you!! (Beginner to Advanced)
Pilates/Crunch: This class is 30 minutes and combines ab/core work with Pilates.
Band Pilates: This class is a Pilates class combined with resistance bands to give you a total body workout.
20/20/20: This is a great class to get all your fitness needs in just one hour. You will get 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strengthening/toning and 20 minutes of stretching. (Beginner to Advance)
Bely Dance: Energize your workout. Belly Dancing provides a fun low-impact workout that will tone your whole body. (Beginner to Advance)
Dance Fit: If you like to dance and get a great workout at the same time this is the class for you, high or low it’s up to you. All sorts of dance combination (jazz, hip hop, salsa, lyrical…..) combined with fun diverse music great for those experienced dancers yet easy enough for those just starting out. Come let loose and have a blast! (Beginner to Advance).
H.E.A.T.: (High Energy Aerobic Training) 32 count combos with several repetitions lasting about 10 minutes, followed by a set of fillers, such as jumping jacks, squats, jump turns, repeater knees, boxer Shuffle, etc. Then, you move on to the next combo alternated with timed 30 second plyometric/cardio blast exercises. You will end with 2 sculpting exercises using weights or bands or body resistance and then abs. Can you say WOW! This is the Body Changing Workout for Beginner to Advance.
Tai Chi: This class emphasizes natural abdominal breathing, improving and maintaining health. Decreases stress and promotes pleasure with a sensible blend of Yoga moves. Great for beginners and advanced.
Zone Training: Repetitions of high-speed/intensity work followed by periods of rest or low activity. A favorite because of its effectiveness in cardiovascular buildup. Believed that this method of training is more effective at inducing fat loss than simply training at a moderate intensity level for the same duration. Zone Training Can help one avoid injuries that often accompany non-stop, repetitive activity, and provides the opportunity to increase one's intensity without burning out in a matter of minute. (Beginner to Advance)Group Exercise Etiquette:
- If you have a medical condition that prevents you from following the routine, please inform your instructor.
- Be on time. Classes are closed once classes have begun. Note: There is no late entry to indoor cycling classes.
- Be considerate of other member's exercise space. Do not crowd a member who has arrived in class before you.
- Appropriate exercise attire must be worn. Proper athletic shoes only! No black soled shoes.
- Please remember to wipe down the floor and equipment that you have used. (i.e. spin bikes, floor mats)
- All equipment (steps, weights, mats) must be returned to its proper storage area.
- Please note the scheduled instructors and classes may change without prior notice.
- Please do not enter the aerobic/spin studios before the current class has finished.
- Please limit excessive talking to before/after class.
Kidzone
Do you want to work out but have little ones and find it hard to find a sitter? Why not take advantage of our Kidzone where you will find peace of mind.
Our Kidzone staff strives to provide a secure and safe environment for our members and their children. We are proud to offer parents a safe and fun place for children ages one month thru 12 years of age. A place where love and interaction takes place and where children can laugh, play, and feel comfortable. Kidzone is a place where children can participate in arts and crafts, watch their favorite G rated movie, play with shaving cream, playdough, and interact with the staff participating in games and other fun activities. Our staff is CPR and First aide certified. We have two convenient locations.
Our Telshor location is open 7 days a week. KidZone hours are as follows:

Mon-Thur: 8am-noon/3pm-8pm

Our Avenida de Mesilla location is open 5 days a week. The hours are as follows:
Mon-Fri: 8am-10:20am
Mon-Thur: 4pm-7:00pm
Friday & Saturday: Closed
The cost is $2.00 a day per child and $1.50 for every child thereafter. We also offer unlimited monthly passes for $20.00 a month for the 1st child and $5.00 for every child thereafter. There is a 2 hr. limit.
For security purposes we have incorportated a policy wherein all parents/guardians are required to leave a picture ID with the KidZone staff. Parents must match the ID used to sign in their children in order to leave the premises with the child.
No exceptions will be made.
